Interested in keeping up-to-date on the last two years of Federal Circuit law? Then you should attend PRG's 3-day Federal Circuit Law (2014-2016) course to be held April 14-16, 2016, during our Spring Advanced Program in Tampa, Florida. There was a time when patent law was considered efficiently “settled” such that slip opinions could be allowed to accumulate in a “stack” until an opportunity or need for review arose. Those days are gone. Now that “stack” for many has become a large electronic file and has likely grown beyond the point of realistically being able to “catch-up” with the opinions. Our experienced faculty, all former Technical or Law Clerks, including Knobbe Martens’ partner Michelle Armond, will guide you through recent, relevant case law in this interactive, thorough and engaging course.
