On Thursday, February 18, Orange County Partner Russell Jeide, will partner with InSoCal CONNECT and continue an IP series of workshops regarding intellectual property basics for businesses.
This month the workshops will focus on when and where to file for patents, including:
- How to enter the patent world strategically and economically
- When/where to file for a patent
- Provisional vs. non-provisional
- International (PCT)
- Costs
- Changes to patent law as a result of the AIA
