Yinan Lin, Ph.D.

Yinan Lin, Ph.D., assists clients in developing, procuring and protecting intellectual property assets, both domestically and internationally, throughout the lifecycle of technology and product development. Yinan concentrates her practice in patent prosecution, worldwide patent portfolio management, and intellectual property strategy counseling.

Trained as a polymer chemist, Yinan has developed knowledge and experience in the fields of life science and materials science.

Yinan received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an Editor of the Food & Drug Law Journal. During law school, Yinan was a judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Sherry Fallon at the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and worked on ANDA cases.

Yinan worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2017 and joined the firm in 2018.
